The dual-color multichannel fiber optic photometry system adds a 405nm purple control channel on the basis of the original multichannel fiber optic recording system. The data of this channel can be recorded as the control data in order to exclude the noise interference of the recording channel, the excitation light of the two wavelengths is coupled to the same optical fiber through the optical path and transmitted to the specific brain area of the experimental animal, and the fluorescence of the calcium signals returned by the respective channels is transmitted back to the processing optical path through the optical fiber, thus realizing the recording of multiple channels. The system adopts the method of time division multiplexing and CMOS array imaging to collect the fluorescence brightness of the two excitation lights of each fiber in the multi-mode fiber bundle in real time, thus realizing the synchronous recording of multiple channels.
