Features and A dvantages >>
◆ Single-cell level electrophysiological recording and in vivo optical imaging of awake mice. Long-term stable recording in all brain regions with labeled morphology.
◆ Drug testing and behavioral observation of awake mice/rats. Animal movement data can be collected at the same time as electrophysiological recording or optical imaging.
◆ The system requires little space and can be retrofitted on the general electrophysiological experiment platform.
◆ The system operation is automated and basically maintenance free.
System Composition and Design >>
◆ The new precision designed and manufactured motion damping system ensures that mice/rat can move easily on top of the float without affecting the stability of recording.
◆ Self-contained ultra-quiet and stable air source. Adjust the strength of airflow according to the weight of the float, and use double adjustable baffles at the outlet to weaken the airflow and improve the stability of recording.
◆ Stainless steel head fixed microplate designed with mouse head morphology, which can stabilize and fix the mouse/rat head.
◆ Mouse/rat movement track recording optics (optional configuration). The optical detectors placed on both sides of the float detect the two-dimensional movements of the animal in the front-back and left-right directions and automatically record the trajectory of the animal.
